Equipment use:

Equipment structure features:
1) Choose a fixed furnace body.

4) The electrode lifting adopts full hydraulic proportional valve
to control the lifting of the cylinder, and realizes the automatic

electrode, etc. to form a space triangle arrangement of
energy-saving short network.
6) Advanced and reliable proportional valve electrode lifting
automatic regulator: automatic and manual operation can be
achieved. Arc current setting range: 25%-120%, electrode response
time: 0.15S.
7) The electrode holder adopts water-cooled stainless steel belt
clamping, which is reliable and has a long life. The electrode
clamp is driven by hydraulic pressure.
